Thats about right, but I would wave it from 50% to 65%. 65% should be the highest you should go. Though I do my speed day differently, so I guess I'm being kind of hypocritical.-------------- The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over. ~~~Hunter S. Shoot, that's like my max man. I'm gonna go back under my rock where I belong.-------------- I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle-victorious. --Vince Lombardi "Decide what you want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it. I max325. !95 was heavy for the first set or two. but after that it just flew up. I think it was like 65% of my max? IS that wrong?-------------- Less Talk, More Chalk! 7707mutt@freetrainers.com |

Ok NO ONE LAUGH!
Ok I have decided that my plan needs a bit of shake up and change. I decided to do a west side approach. Pretty much straight on but plan to modify it as I go in a few weeks or so. Last night was day 0ne speed bench and assistace exercises based on weaknesses. Here is what happened Warm up 135x10 155x10 185x5 speed bench 195x3x10 45 sec TBS I felt my weakness is triceps so: CGB 135x10 155x10 185x7 Dips assisted 4 sets of 6 Highlights: I had a great work out speed bench was way fun. Lowlights: None so far. -------------- Less Talk, More Chalk! 7707mutt@freetrainers.com |

ahh ha ha ha...
sry... dont eat me mutt... please? Sounds great. I can't wait to get back to regular lifting. I miss westside. When you're doing the dips, do you do full range, or the 1/4 dips that westside recommends for triceps? -------------- The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over. ~~~Hunter S.
