Ok so I know how to work my chest arms and legs. My big focus is my stomache. I would love to get rid of my spare tire. I have a hard time working out between long hours at work and time with the kids. I'm not looking for a 6pack but just to slim down. Any suggestions?
Change your diet, abs are made in the kitchen and are usually where the fats leaves the body last. You can do crunches etc..etc, but you won't get a flat stomach from it unless your diet is clean.
