Just wanted to hear from some of you and let me know if this sounds good, or if I should be changing anything.
Meal 1)Wholegrain cereal/non-fat milk
Meal 2)Myoplex shake -(the 280 calorie one)
Meal 3)Two egg whites and a slice of whole grain toast w/sugar free jelly. OR usually a turkey sandwich w/same bread.
Meal 4)Myoplex lite (ready to drink shake)
Meal 5)Steak grilled, or a burger on the whole grain bread.
Meal 6)Protein shake from my gym.
Thats about what im eating on a given day, give or take some, I'm doing the lose weight and tone up plan and am doing cardo 4 times a week along with the plan.
Sound about right or too much or little? Any sugguestions help!
