I know this sounds weird, but I'm 5'7 and I'm a sixe 38 C. I'm not fat, I actually play basketball and volleyball, so I have really nice legs if I do say so myself, but I have a little puge on my stomach and the gosh darn biggest boobs. Does it sound dumb if I say I want to lose them? And if anyone knows how to without the hassle of surgery, please....tell me.

You hit on what probably is the problem, but not probably from eating a cetain product. More like just a hormone inbalance...many people think you have to be 'old' to have symptoms of andropause, but this is not the case. Estrogen dominance will in fact cause your problem.

Could you be having a hormone imbalance. I know this guy who started eating soy products in large amounts, the soy contains estrogen like compounds, he started to develop man boobs. Maybe its your diet.

lose the pudge on the stomach with cardio, and a lifting routine, and then re evaluate whether your chest is still too big for your taste. Since it's mainly fat tissue you will probably see a size change from the lose of body fat.
good luck and welcome to ft.

uhh...this is a guy asking the question....don't think he wants to be wearing a bra! I agree with BB1, you probably have a hormonal imbalance. Maybe you should talk to your doctor....

First, my thought on the poster, is a female who didn't put in the correct gender in the profile.
Second, I agree with jaytori.

As said before, breasts are just fatty tissue, with the right exercise (and toning) they'll shrink down in size, just make sure that while you lose the pounds and tone and keep it all porportioned to your body or you'll have saggy bags.
I agree with your back hurting, believe me I do, I'm 20, and I wear size 52DDD. Goodluck!
