Sorry, that wasn't helpful lol. Could your butt just "appear" to be getting bigger because your legs are toning up? Just a thought. As far as not working your butt, are you sure you don't want to work the glutes Xphobicas? If you think your butt has excess baggage, i.e., fat, working the glutes is a good thing. That will give you that "toned" look provided your diet supports fat loss. Keep in mind, there's no such thing as "target" fat loss. Good luck. DP

lol DP!
What about cardio? That will shed some fat from everywhere, perhaps help the butt!

Yes my thought too, cardio.....
The gluteus maximus (o; is one of the biggest muscles we got in the human body SO LOTS of work to over develop this one...... Now if your behind is getting too big then it's mostly a question about fat...... (no, it's not only a woman prob!!)
Diet!!

Sometimes when you are getting into shape, your body goes through stages where your already weak points show glaringly more due to other bodyparts that respond faster and are toning better. So you actually LOOK worse in some ways till everything falls in place. Everything will catch up and look proportional I bet if you keep working out and your diet is correct. for example, when I am leaning for a competition, there is a point where my "love handles" look as if they have actually gotten bigger due to I lose in other areas of the stomach first, and it kind of amplifies the look of the "handles", since they are usually the last to go. Hope this helps...

lol @ fat ass. I'm sure you don't. When it comes to butts, can't help mixing a little humor in. And they say diamonds are a girls best friend? Hell no, a nice ass is. lmao

lunges, squats, deadlifts , hyperextensions . There's a sticky note up here somewhere that has some amazing glute/quad workout that you can do.
heh. I love working my glutes and my legs, they're the strongest part of me, but after a particularly great workout. The morning after, whn you're so sore, your muscles are screaming, I feel like my butt is so huge, i'ts a whole different entity. I hate the feeling, but I love the tight way it looks after the soreness leaves.
