Another good day to report, shoulders went great, did a bicep (2) workout also. Was very strong, and energetic.

Not bad for dieting. At this point am not willing to give up the CVM extreme!

Felt strong today, pushed things to a top limit, without going overboard with forced reps. Stopped when I hit what I felt was a max, making the legs (and shoulders yesterday) work to max weights, but not overburdening them where I felt I couldn't recover.

Low carb days, so my pwo shake is basically the recovery I have right now. Am using Glutamine select with BCAA's during workout(by Beverly), top quality stuff. On low carb days I use more, on high carb very little or none. And of course the CVM which I believe at this point is partly at least responsible for my strength maintaining.

Here is how todays leg day went....

Leg presses
Sets.....590x10,680x10,770x10,860x6,950x3

Leg extensions(overload end)
Sets....90x12,115x12,140x10

Leg extensions(overload beginning)
Sets....90x10,100x8,100x7

Adductors
Sets....140x20,150x20

Lying leg curls
Sets....90x12,105x10,120x5

Seated leg curls
Sets....115x10

Standing calf raises
sets....495x20,520x20,520x15

Today is a day off, may do a bit of cardio. If I do, it will simply be about a 40 min. duration session at about 50% MHR. Taking my off day doseages of CVM as prescribed on label directions.

Today is another low carb day, tomorrow is high carb. Looking forward to it. :)

Another notch in the belt of this supplement. Great chest day today, and after my second low carb day yesterday. Am I pleased, you bet!

Chest/Abs workout...

Flat dumbbell bench
Sets....85x9,100x6,110x4,100x4

Power partials(from chest level start)
sets....225x7,250x3,250x3,265x2

Incline dumbbell
sets....70x8,80x2,85x4 with 3 partials

Hammer Strength inclines
Sets....180x6,200x4

Decline barbell
sets....185x6,225x3,245x2,225x3

Flat bench flies
Sets....50x10

Very good ab workout following. All reps were deliberate and solid on chest, very happy with the "pump" while using solid weight.

It is glad to hear such positive feedback on this stuff, can't wait to break open the tub at the end March, hopefully I;ll see some similar results as I resume my cutting cycle.

This is getting a bit redundant, but can't help posting what is. Great arm pump today, nice and strong.

The diet is paying off, my wife was commenting on how my bicep veins are starting to really pop out again. Results are always nice.

I was wondering how today was going to go after 2 very low carb days. I guess I needn't not worry, had a great shoulder/bicep(2) day. In fact was very strong, set a personal record on seated militaries. Really had my shoulders tight today.

My jug of CVM is close to the bottom, when this runs out if I am still dieting, which I most probably will be, I am going to purchase another, or maybe the CRe2 Matrix, I did quite well on it. Probably will do the CVM, I usually don't like to make much of a change of anything while in the middle of dieting.(if it ain't broke, don't fix it!)

Good leg day yesterday, in fact set a small PR on weight(one more rep, thus small, but still a PR on a cutting diet). My pants felt like they just came out of the dryer after my workout!

Today, thankfully, and off day. Have to work 4 hrs. this morning, will stop on the way home and do a cardio session. My wife has to work also, so I also "get" to do some errands like go grocery shopping! LOL...oh well, she made me a list!

Have noticed something about this CVM...I am close to the bottom of mine now, very close, and it is much more clumpy. In fact the taste has gotten even worse, which would lead me to believe to note to anyone who uses this product to stir it up well! I am thinking with the worse taste here at the bottom, the potency may well be higher. So, I am expecting great workouts these last few days.

Is the CRe2 Matrix a new variation of the CVM Xtreme? I got the grape flavor hoping that maybe it'll be better than the orange on the recommendation from keith.

Workouts still proceeding nicely. Had a great back day yesterday. Very, very close to the bottom of my jug now, probably 2-3 more scoops left. Dieting is going very good. In conclusion, this is a thumbs up product.

You can use it for either. I am dieting right now, but would not hesitate to use it when gaining either.

I am trying to get leaner, and a friend of mine gave me this product called Satur8 by ISS and the supplement facts are very smilar to CVM....
I did tried it for a week and I did get more endurance but also gained about 3lbs...and I am guessing it is from water retention but someone has told me that dicreatine malate does not retain water...is this true?

It is a cell volumizer, so not surprising you gained a bit of weight, mostly water I would assume.

Dicreatine Malate is creatine molecularly bound to malic acid resulting in an extremely water soluble form of creatine. The deal is greater absorbtion, so a lower dose is needed. That is why there are typically 3 gr. in these type products. This is as mentioned a cell volumizer, and so indeed can lead to water weight.

Tri-creatine malate you can guess is a compound made from creatine monohydrate and malic acid also...The substance is so named because the compound is made from three creatine molecules attached to one molecule of malic acid.

Well, have to add one more entry to this log. I had what I would term an "exceptional" shoulder day today. Extremely strong, set numerous weight and rep records.

Keith, send me another jug immediately!!

Well, finished my jug of CVM, and on a great note. Had a fantastic chest day Sunday, and a great arm day Monday.

In the end, my last entry will be a recommendation of this product to anyone who is training seriously and has a quality diet. This product will indeed assist you in reaching a higher goal.

Thanks Keith for letting me test this, and as promised I gave an evaluation on facts and results, not on friendship.

I am sure you will Justin, I got great results from it. Let me know about the taste of the grape. I got a jug for a freind of mine and he says it tastes pretty bad too.

I got another jug of CVM, grape, but have not yet started on it.

I will indeed. So far I've been having trouble remembering to take my second dose as reccomended, but I have been taking it just not as suggested, don't tknow if thats really anything to worry about. I've been taking it with a meal instead of before so that shouldn't really make a difference and it's been a little over 12 hours apart, I just have to remember to bring it with me to work. i haven't taken a supplement like this in a while so I keep forgetting that I'm on it.:)

I love it. I have never seen such gains not just in muscle size (a little there), but more in leaning out and in strength. Since I have been on it I have raised my maxes from 315 for squats to 405, from 425for deadlift to 455, and from 300 for bench to 315. Def something worth taking, and coming from me that is a big endorsement.

Well I'm into week 2 and this stuff rocks, I'm on a cutting diet as was bb1 and my strength has been higher than any other time I've dieted. The pump feeling seems to be constant throughout the entire week. My question is, does a cell volumizer mimic the effcts of creatine, and would caffeine negeate the effects of supplement like CVM as they do with creatine?

I'm about to do it; just taking my time finishing my normal creatine and NO2 cycle, then I'm going straight cvm. I'm a lean hardgainer so my report should be relatively unique.

I'm about done with my tub, got another week left prob. This stuff seemed to really help with my cut. I've been able to maintain a lot of my strength, and though I haven't been doing cardio I feel that I'm loosing fat as well. Normally I don't see those I kinds of results without having to do a good cardio regime. By the way do you know about caffiene and CVM Ron?

Can you take CVM if your already on creatine? I take 5grams daily, use to take 10grams but I slowed down for 4 weeks cause I was overtraining. Just curious if it would still show results, sounds like a good product though.

Does anyone know how this product (CVM) compares to Xpand by dymatize? I'm tempted to just get the CVM, but on the other hand xpand combines the creatine with No2 and glutamine.

my vitamin shoppe doesn't carry it and it's pretty big one. best bet would be to order it off the ne, it shouldn't be that much i think I got mine for a little over $30. I'm on my last week with and I may try the new formula.

You will have to order it off the net. Companies like SNS, Scivation, Controlled labs do not use high advertising campaigns, (can you say Muscletech) and thus are not carried in the "glamor" markets. But us of the serious bodybuilding supplementation crowd know of them.

Anyone know why I'm unable to order off of the www.seriousnutritionsolutions.com site now? Figured I'd wait till I got my weight down to where I wanted before purchasing CVM...just got there and can't seem to get it now?

Sent an email to customer service just now...just curious if anyone knew anything.
