Well, thru renewing my membership I got something about adding family members and so.....my daugher joined. We went and worked out together last night. I'm going to get her ready edy if she still goes with her thoughts of joining the Army reserves. The going to the gym thing and getting pumped should help! Im glad to be working with her...just got to get her moving a little faster!

This certainly sounds like a step in the right direction, and an opportunity for a little mother daugther quality time. Maybe you can help me, I'm trying desperately to be my mother active?

You mean get your mom on some kind of work out routine? First of all she has to be motivated within to do something. Maybe help her make a New Year resolution to start up on a program and you can help get her started. YOu'll have to go into more details :o)

This is great. Being in the Marines, I can definitely tell you she needs to get ready now. Get her doing lots of cardio (running) and lots of upper body strength. Also have her try HITT for endurance and maybe take her to the track and have her do wind sprints. This will give her a great advantage to the other girls and will make her life in boot camp a lot easier.
