My Daughter Soccer

SFGiantsMVP Posts: 1,533 Joined: 2005/12/04	2008/11/19, 10:51 PM I have been coaching and reffing soccer with my daughter but it may come to a end for me and time for me to sit back and be a fan. Why is this you ask? Shirley my daughter age 12 has been scouted out by a Class 1 Select Team which is the highest level of play in youth soccer and she will be going for trial practices with the team to take over as the new Goalie. I'm 100% positive she will make the team and it's a level to high for me to be in her way so I'll sit back and watch the paid Professional Trainers train her in the Goal. Not looking forward to the long travels we face for away games but if that's what it take then off we go! This team has no Goalie and have had to put other position players in the Goal this season so Shirley should win the job easily as she is just a Goalie and not a positional player at all.
