I am in week 10 of my 12 week program to lower my bodyfat/show a sixpack/be proud of self.....with 2 weeks to go I know I should expect only to lose 2-4 lbs of fat...but thats all i really need to lose. Besides needing a tan, in the right light I can clearly see the top 4 abs but there is a little fat over the lower ones (a little meaning a small pinch) Now I know I can't spot reduce and I know that is the last place the fat leaves..especially since I am losing fat in places I didn't even know I had fat.
Here is my current nutrition...
Calories - 1664
Protein - 146.5
Carbohydrates - 124.2
Fat - 31.8
Calories from Protein - 586(35.2%)
Calories from Carbs - 496.8(29.9%)
Calories from Fat - 286.2(17.2%)
This is an average of what I achieve in a regular day. The food is mainly made up of grilled chicken products.
I'm 6'1" 148lbs as of this morning(I check once a week)
Now, I am not sure what direction to take to lose the last bit as my weight has remained at 148 for 3 weeks now. I do 3 days of HIIT cardio for 15 minutes. 5 days of moderate lifting.
I only have 2 meals a day. Lunch at 11am, classes till 5:15, gym at 6 and dinner at 9pm.
What advice can you give me to make the most of the next 2 weeks. Also, a random non-diet question while I am here, does a tan really help to show definition? I am as white as they come and never really had anything I would call a tan. I was wondering if by tanning would the results of my 12 week program be more noticable, without having to mess with lighting to get the contrast? Thanks.

Are you sure you are not losing fat? If your body is gaining muscle as fast as you lose fat, you won't see the weight change in terms of lbs.
Try to spread out your meals in small portions through the day. Your body will burn those meals quicker and not store the excess food calories. Good luck!:)

Well, I am not 100% sure I am not losing fat. I usually determine it by weight, waist size, and pinchabilty of the remaining fat on the abs. I plan on attacking my meals alot better over summer but right now, especially with finals coming up, time is quite limited so I tend to have 2 meals, sometimes i split the first into 2 meals. I guess this is what one would call the final call for advice before this section of fitness concludes. I will try to evaluate what I can do with my time to see if I can make more meals out of what I curerntly have.
Also, is there a time limit I should know about when to stop eating carbs or maybe food in general before I sleep? Since i eat at 9pm every night I wasn't sure if thats too late since often times I hear people say "Oh, its to late for me to have carbs...."

It's generally 3-4 hours before your bedtime that you should have your last meal. As for carb, try to have most of them in the first half of the day. At your 9pm meal, ideally you should only have carb from veggies. Avoid starch food & fruits at night.

You will boost your metabol;ism by eating more frequently, and i don't think you eat enough.
get a fake tan, it will bring out definition and not give you the risk of skin cancer.
At night before bed have some dairy form of protein and some good fat like flaxseed oil.
Up your calories a little and I would bet you break your plateau.
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.
