I got my happy moment today while doing chest today. Doing my regular 100 seemed alittle light today, I "upped" my weight today and was successful..I haven't been able to do 110 in about a yr and half. So I guess no matter what the damn plateau, I have hit with my weight. I can see some new cuts and starting getting back the same flexibility I use to have. Most of all though, it feel awsome to bump those weights again. Diffently made my night :)
