ok,this is the problem i have been struggling with belly fat from birth,i have tried different exercise and i have tried different diet methods but nothing seems to work. i have decided that i need to lose this weight ,i weigh about 139 pounds and i want to lose aleast 15 pounds,i just don't know how to get started. any suggestions
The only ways to loose weight is dieting and working out. Maybe you arnt doing them for that long. try sticking to dieting until you see results make sure no junk food when you see results keep going cuz oviosly thers more results and keep doing excersising for muscles.
Yea i agree that dieting is the best way to lose any fat. But My problem is That I dont need to lose ANY weight. Im 102! and Im 5'3 But my only problem is the belly! Its not big but its noticable! :(!
