so i was at cheer and i was doing handstands walks and i fell and i don't know how but i hurt my left arm like inside of my forearm and my elbow so my coach told me to ice and heat it and its not helping. its been 4 weeks now im getting the same pain (like stabbing and throbbing its moderate pain) like when i tumble and through girls in the air it hurts when im holding something or curling my arm or turning it and now its starting to throb. my coach says its a weird place to hurt but she doesn't know just wanted to know what i did to it thanks
