Hi, I'm havin a hard time determining what exactly i should be eating for my goal of gaining muscle mass while at the same time, losing body fat. When i picked my nutritional program, i had to choose between the gain mass program, and the weight loss and toning one. I picked the weight loss one.

My main question here is, should i alter my carb and protein intake that i'm being told to have overall, or should i alter it on the 4 days a week that i work out. Or maybe, I shouldn't change it at all, I'm really not sure. however, if i should be altering it, what exactly should i change when it comes to the amount of carbs, protein, and fat that i eat.

Thanks a lot

Your diet shouldn't change on days you don't workout. Just make sure you have a good post recovery meal or shake.
Good LUck.
