My last 3 weeks for getting cut.

bbfit1, asimmer and the rest of you guys out there, I really need some advice
for hardcore cutting. I have about 3 more weeks till my photo shoot and I want
to be as lean as possible. Just wanna give ya a quick rundown of my diet and
suppliments.

9:00 : Eggwhite Omlet (Ham, Mushroom, Onions)
Dry Wheat Toast
Cup of grits (with nothing in them)

9:30 : ECA Stack


11:00 : Double Serving On's 100% Whey Protein (210 cals, 46 grams Protein, 3
grams Fat, 6 grams carbs (2
from sugars))

11:30 : Creatine


1:00 : Subways 6" (Wheat, Turkey, Lettuce, Onion, Bannana Pepper, Cucumber,
Bellpepper, Spicy Mustard, Salt, Pepper, Oregano)

3:00 : ECA Stack


3:30 : Tri-O-Plex Food Bar (358 Cals (90 from fat), 10g Fat, 34g Carbs, 33g Protein


6:00
to : Either a handfull of Turkey or Boiled Shrimp
9:00

Id 20 mins of H.I.I.T Cardio every other day (3 days one week, 4 the next)

As well, I have a unique 7 day split for weight lifting (I just started this
last week and it is fantastic).

I do 2 exercises per muscle group stacked like
this.

12 @ 60% Body Weight (Exercise One)
Rest 1 min.
10 @ 70% Body Weight (Exercise One)
Rest 1 min.
8 @ 85% Body Weight (Exercise One)
Rest 1 min.
6 @ Heavy as I can go (usually for compound muscle about 115% Body Weight)
No Rest (Dont be a wimp!!!!)
12 @ Relativly Light mabey 30 to 40% Body Weight (Exercise Two)
Rest 30 Seconds
?? @ Relativly Light mabey 30 to 40% Body Weight till exhaustion (Exercise Two)


Do you guys see anything I can do diet wise or routine wise that will help with

Looking at your diet - drop the toast, up your vegetables and add some falx oil or olive oil.
