I have been trying very hard to reach my nutritional goals with all different foods, but I made a shake that I think I could have for my meals 6 times a day.It is pretty boring, but was wondering if this is ok to have. I am 5'3,170 lbs, and I do weights 3 times a week, and cardio 3 times a week.

Looking to be in great shape by summer...and forever.

1 cup cottage cheese
i 8oz, Dannon light n fit
8 oz. gatorade
1 cup raw peach slices frozen
2 scoops protein Myopro Whey
a few ice cubes

(6 shakes a day)

BB1...someone...please advise.

This post may get more responses in the nutritional board. You need whole food. Many here only use shakes for post workout. 6 shakes a day isn't the best plan.

Your metabolism will go up more if you eat firbous vegetables, legumes, brown rice and protein sources like chicken that require calories to break down/digest.

Who wants to live on shakes all the time?
