My meal plan ok?

Hi. First of all i'm sort of new. I started before but I had some personal issues and sort of fell by the way side. Anyway I am determined to lose this fat. Feel free to rip these meals apart. :)

1 egg/4 egg whites
1/2 cup oats

4oz Chicken
2 cups spinach
2 TBLS Olive oil

1 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
1 apple

6oz Tuna
2 cups broccoli
2 TBLS Olive oil

4oz Chicken
1 TBLS olive oil
1 cup green beans

protein shake

That is somewhat similar to my typical meal plan. But I think I'm eating more. Not sure what you weigh now. But it looks like we both have the same goal. I also have around 60lbs to shed. Mine are fat lbs. I was told to have 1 gram protein per lb body weight, .75 gram carb, and .25 gram fat and to make sure these were all clean foods and I combine it with a strength training weight program and cardio.

Without knowing what you weigh now and your body fat %, it looks like you have the right idea. All of the foods you listed are good clean foods.

Yes, it's 60 pounds of fat. My Bf% is pretty high. :(

Hi Kat, how are you? I was wonderin what you thought of my meal plan.

Meal 1
1 1/2 cup Kashi crunch or 1 packet women's oatmeal
skim milk 4 egg whites

Meal 2
3 oz turkey
1 slice 2% american cheese or 1 cup pasta
2 slices ww bread 3 oz tuna
1 cup strawberries or some other fruit 1 tsp lite mayo
Fruit

Meal 3
Bar-210 cal w/14-16 grams protein

Meal 4
4 oz cottage cheese
strawberries or half banana

Meal 5
4 oz chicken or fish'
salad.

I weight 145-150, wear a size 6-8 and am looking to lose about 10 lbs. Not too sure of my body fat these dasy but am just unhappy.

What types of workouts do you do?
