I trained in the past to gain some muscles. i haven't done a lot the last few years. now i want to loose weight BUT, i want to look in shape when i loose weight. my goal is 95kg 15%. This is another way of training for me so i would like to learn from all of you who have realised your goals. please advice me, i am open for everything :D
