this this should promote some growth?
standing dumbell or barbell curls - 12-10-8-6-12 seated 21's - 3 sets of them concentration curl - same as the bar/dumbell curls. good?

I'm wondering on that last set for your barbell curls do you strip weight off.. and if you do is it down to what you did in the first set?...

Also, the concentration curls are for isolation...it affects the peak of the biceps. Stick with the basic, compound exercises (standing curls, cheat curls, etc.) for the first few weeks, then start to incorporate some isolation exercises.
