It's been four mounth that I train and I figurated out that I was (a little) overtrained:

Is this New Routine right?

For the morning

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Shoulders and traps
Day 4: Biceps and triceps
Day 5: Rest
Day 1: ...

For the evening:

1 hour abs every day
Day 4: Legs

I always try to do 12 - 15 reps and 4 set

Is it ok?

1 hour on ABS? lol sounds like me when i first started .. your abs are still a muscle like any other in your body you dont need to train them EVERY day... and certainly not for an hour... some people get away with once a week some 3 times just find what works for you .. but you got to be able to work it like other muscles get a solid workout for it.. Still looks a lil overtrained routine what are goals? Sets? reps? exercises you doing

Ok, I'm 19. I started at 125 lbs, I'm 134 now and d'like to be 145.

I changed the reps now... 8 reps really heavy (7th reps should be almost inpossible)

What do you want to know more

Thx by the way
