Hi, I'm new to this site and I have a question and was wondering what everyone's opinion is. I'm at a good size physically but its mainly fat. I'm in the process of trying to lose the fat (cellulite on the legs eww!) and replace it with muscle. What do you guys suggest i eat more of or less of to achieve this goal faster? Thanks:)

Please do a search of old posts. A good place to start would be the nutrition section here at ft.

The ft nutrition & excercise programs will be an important part of your guidlines have you gotten a program yet.
