I weigh 160 lbs and 5'9" tall. Pretty skinny. I have tried eating a lot before, but I tend to gain on the stomach only-gut area- I have now hired a fitness instructor for a period of 3 months starting last week.
I want to put on about 10 or 15 lbs without bulking on the gut.
Here is what I have been eating the last 2 weeks- just an example. Please adivse is this is OK or needs changes. Can you also tell me howmuch calories each of these meals have?
Many thanks.
=============================================
Break fast - 8:00AM - 4 whites + 1 whole egg omelette and 2 slices of bread + 2 cups water
Snack - 10:00AM - GNC protein drink mixed with water- 130 calories + 25grams protein.
Lunch - 12:15PM - Tuna sandwich at a quality deli store. The sandwich is in whole wheat bread. Sometimes I have Turkey sandwich which contains a few slices of cut turkey sandwich meat. Should I add cheease to this?
Sometimes I have a turkey bagel sandwich(at Einsteins bagels) + 2 cups water.
3:30PM - 1 bagel + 1 banana
6:30 workouts on M/W/F.
I take a GNC 50gram protein shake immediately after the workout. This is the new 50 grandslam shake which has 270 calories. On the days I dont work out, I take the shake at about 6:00PM.
8:00PM - dinner. I mostly eat 5 or 6 OZ turkey breast or chicken breast grilled(on the foreman grill marinated with curry powder- no fat) + 4 OZ of spaghetti + 1/4 cup of over the shelf spaghetti sauce + brocolli or carrots or both.( 2 cups of veggies) + water.
10:30PM - GNC protein drink mixed with water- 130 calories + 25Grams protein.
I go to bed at 12:AM.
Thanks :)

Since you havent recieved a reply yet, you should do what I do here and use the nutritional tracker on here it is really great to find out how your diet is doing.

You need to be patient when waiting for a reply. Everyone here volunteers their time and their expertise and they do have other things to do, especially on the weekends.
Continue what you are doing until someone familiar with bulking plans has time to answer your question. You should have some responses by Monday.
