Well i have one question.
On my nutrition list, the one that has a list of the best choices of food for me to eat, Some foods have a "tr" under carbs, protein, or fat... does anyone know what the tr means.

Hi there. "TR" means trace as in there is trace abount of either cards, protein or fat-whatever column it is under. So there is nothing to count. Hope this helps.
