Here is what my daily intake would be. Does this seem right guys? Shouldn't I be eating more protein? Should i just adjust that myself or go with what they suggest?
Protein - 201 g .. Carbohydrates - 503 g .. Fats - 38 g .. Total Calories - 3124

I've seen it posted that men need between 1.5 and 2 g of protein for every lb of fat, so maybe it is low. I wouldn't know how to adjust it though, you will have to wait for somebody knowledgeable to answer this one.

true..
Dila, not matter the goal.. it is always good to have atleast 1.0 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of total bodyweight. 2.0 grams is recommended for those whom really want to pack on size.. this can be very expensive.
Good Luck

There's no general rule, Dilan. However, the ratio ft has given you (69% carb, 30% protein, 1% fat) is geared to weight loss. As a comparison, my mass gain diet is 50% carb, 30% protein and 20% fat.
You'll really need to track your daily intake before you can judge on whether or not it's going to work. You can tweak the percentages as you fine tune your diet, but don't pre-judge it until you've actually tried it. You may find that the amount of carbs is actually just right for your body type.
Good luck!
