I felt like sharing.. other than my journal.. because I am so excited.
In one month, I went from 138 to 131. In two weeks, I went from 21.1% bodyfat to 19.3% bodyfat. I lost 3 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle!!
The scale I wished would have been under 130 but the rest I am extremely happy about!! My clothes fit awesome, alot of people are commenting on my arms.... yeah!! Only 25 weeks and one day until competition!!

Thanks so much!! I feel great! Night time has been getting hard though... I'm increasing my cardio intensity and I get sooo hungry at night.. but I sleep like a baby!! I'm getting alot of comments/compliments on my arms, getting leaner. I didn't lose ANY bodyfat in my legs, all in my upper body, which was kind of discouraging w/ all the cardio I've been doing and my killer leg workouts on Tuesdays, they kill me, I was literally fast asleep at 8:30 last night.
