hi every one.. awhile ago i told "ARNOLD" about my gains and how i didnt do steroids and he wanted to see my pictures i have gathered my pictures so i can show all of u.... plz feel free to leave me ur comments... i know i'm not a big guy but i am happy comparingmy self to wath i was...

You have worked fine and got great results and you can be very proud of yourself!!! Now what do you want now? I mean do you want to try to compete one day?
You need to cut a little to get your muscles sharper but that's all.

hey guys... thanks alot for the complements made me feel good :) after i gained this much weight i can defently call myself an " addict" because there isnt a day that i dont think of workin out and my trianing... and i have big goals yes...

i didnt do the freetrainers workouts although it looks like it is a good workout routine... i did my own thing and some other programs like MM2K (which i loved it)... i might try freetrainers for few months to see how it goes..

baa u guys make me feel i'm bigger than i am lol... thanks alot bros...

prettygentle: currently i'm tryin to cut down on fat a bit because i have been doin mass building for the past year lol... i just cant get enough of it ... today i did body fat measurment and i was at 19% :( but i'm not really worring about it after all i have been under weight all my life and i have a very fast metabolizm... my goal is to loss 9 pounds then go on creatine, tribex cycle and add another 20 pounds !! but thats just the goal dunno if i can add that much...

again i thank all of u for ur great feed backs.. i will keep u guys updated after i chang my body a bit more and my pictures will be worth watching ....

HEY, NICE GAINS. COULD YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR DIET OR LACK THERE OF. HOW MANY CALORIES A DAY, WHAT DIDNT YOU EAT, HOW MANY MEALS A DAY, AND TOTAL PROTIEN INTAKE, OR DID YOU EAT EVERYTHING YOU COULD AS MANY TIMES AS YOU COULD. THANKS WOOD
