HOLY COW! 20 lbs in 2 weeks?! (is there an echo in here, lol!) The average weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week, I guess you beat that, my gosh, that means you ripped through a 70,000 calorie loss in 14 days (whether it be through diet and/or exercise) and you feel you are only 50 pounds overweight!
I was wondering if your posted inch loss was right? I would suggest, if you haven't already, having a bodyfat percentage done to help you to make sure you continue to burn fat rather than muscle.
Stay healthy and GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GOALS!! Keep us posted!

just to let everyone know that the weight loss is actual and i am eating right and exercising. I have figure the first part of my weight loss is water. I am drinking 6 plus glasses of water a day. Eating lots of chicken reduced fat cheese and lettuce 1 piece of bread a day and no can vegetables either fresh or frozen. Also eating fruits apple bananas and yogurt fat free. Also eating fish. Once a week I am eating beef. So along with this and my exercising I am doing fine and feeling very healthy. Thanks for all the encouragement.
