Hey yall,
This is how it breaks down.
Mon. legs
Tue. shoulders - calves
Wed. rest
Thur. back - forearms
Fri. chest - calves
Sat. tricep - bicep
Sun. rest
This is the way that it breaks down for me. Please let me know if yall have any ideas.

This is the same schedule I have...under the 8 week mass program. I previously had a different schedule before joining ft:
Mon - Tricep/Bicep
Tue - Legs
Wed - Chest/Shoulders
Thu - Rest
Fri - Tricep/Bicep
Sat - Back
Sun - Rest
I had tricep/bicep twice a week because I wanted to concentrate on those areas...but I guess I was overtraining with this schedule.

Trust George and Adrian (the big bosses of FT!!) Their exercise programs are fine.
Try at least for 4 weeks, and see how it works for you.

Stick with it awhile then move on to something new
