My stomach looks weird

here is the problem i do side a regular front crunches and i have a 2 pack but the rest of my stomach is still fat i dont really have luv handles but my stomach looks as if i have 2 balls on the top of my stomach it looks so ugly. what excersises can i do to help this problem. thanks!!!

Jenray, great abs are built in the kitchen. What is your diet like?

Anni,
I dont really have one. I just try to eat healthy. In the morning i usually eat fat free sasague scrambled with an egg with a piece of wheat toast. For lunch i dont have a set meal. Dinner i usually eat a chicken salad. Thanks for trying to help!!!!

Jen you should be eating 5-6 small meals per day and it doesn't sound like you are eating enough.

On the nutrition board there is a post called Bodybuilder Grocery list. Make your food choices only from that list, eat 5-6 small meals a day, each meal consisting of a complete protein and a complex carbohydrate. Drink a lot of water. You can surf the nutrition board for posts about specific meals and that should help you quite a bit.

Eating right is the only way to expose those stomach muscles really well. It is hard, and it is a pain in the butt, but keep it up and those hard earned muscles will ALL be revealed!

eating right, will help, however if you have alot of fat covering them up, I would suggest cardio. Maybe 45mins a day unlezs you are weight training, then I'd say weight train 3 times a week, and cardio 4-6 times a week.
mon work out....cardio(light10-15)
tues just cardio 45mins
wed work out ( light cardio)
thur cardio ( 45)
fri workout cardio
sat cardio (45)
sun off rest day
