Happy B-day BB1. I wanted to post as I am finishing up my third week of ft guided training. I am 45, and consider myself to be in good shape. My goal here was to lose 20 lbs and tone up, something I have never really tried to do. As of today, I have lost approx. 15 lbs,. but realize I may have to adjust my goal and go for another 10. I am very surprised to notice definiton changes in myself already. And more importantly, my wife has noticed! Thanks for all the help and patience!
