My Typical Day

I wanted too know you would fix my day so i could lose weight and look thinner. Keep in mind im 14.

9:00 wake up
10:00 A class
11:00 Have some thing small like a sandwhich
12:00 nap
About 1:30 Run around the block
About 1:45 rest
2:00 watch tv
3:00 snack or i go swimming
4:00 Tv
7:00 Eat Dinner
8:00 Bath
9:00 Work out with weights a differnt body part a day ( is that good)
10:30 sleep


and then my day restarts please tell me what im doing wrong?

we need to know a little more about you.. height? weight? what exactly are you eating? what are your macro values? what workout do you do? which came first, the chicken or the egg? (kidding about the last one.. :) )

Bropie's right...gotta have more details so we can help.

Just off the top it looks like you're not getting enough cardio and you're not eating enough. Give us some more info and we'll be happy to help.

And Bropie...I know the definative answer to that question "which came first, the chicken or the egg?"...but I'm not answering it here cause it's kind of crude.
