I need serious advice...
Ive lost the weight I wanted to lose, and now I want to get solid and lean. Should I be weight training every day, working different muscle groups every day? If so, what should the program look like?
Right now, I am doing my entire upper body twice a week, and lower body twice a week (different days).
I know what I need to do for my diet, I just need a good and strict weight training program. help??

Nothing wrong with an upper/lower split.

The training program should start with good compound movements (bench presses, overhead presses, chin ups, rows) and then gradually move on to isolation work for any muscle groups you may feel you need extra work. I like 3-5 sets per exercise, and aim for 5-8 exercises per session when doing a U/L split.

So I should continue doing my entire upper one day and entire lower another day?

As long as you like it, if not you can try total body.
Good Luck.
