Hey im 5"10 176 pounds. Ive probably gained about 5-8 pounds in the last 2-3 months. Ive been trying to bulk up and put on some pounds and then shed off a couple and tone up my body. Ive been on creatine and whey and its obviously really helped me. For my height and weight i am quite muscular but im wondering (and people will probably say its personal preference) but at 5"10 with a muscular body how much would you people like to weigh?? At 176 lbs should i gain a few more and then tone or should i start toning and lose a few pounds now?? Id like to know what most of you people out there think. Thankyou

its just about right i'll say, my bro is about ur size but slightly heavier, and he's got solid arms and chest with fine ab

yeah im ur height right now, but 20 lbs lighter. i'm looking to bulk up predominantly, as im pretty muscular for my figure. its all up to you if you want to keep bulking or start cutting, personally, if you think you can get bigger, go for it. theres always time to cut later..

Thanks guys. I think im going to start the cutting phase pretty soon. Gotta have this 6 pack visible by June for the beach. :dumbbell:
