my workout for a 15 year old

Can u guys see if this workout is worth doin. i play football and i gotta weight training for a class.

monday:
Bench Press Pyramid Chart 8 sets
high-pulls 3 sets of 8
shoulder press 3 sets of 8
lat pull downs 3 sets of 8

tuesday:
Squats 7-8 sets
leg curls 4 sets of 8
straight leg deadlits 3 sets of 10

wednesday:
incline bench press 6-7 sets
high pulls 3 set of 8
shoulder press 3 sets of
lat pull downs 3 sets of 8

thursday:
Power Cleans 4 sets of 3
front squats 6 sets

friday:
bench press 6 sets
bent over one arn rows 5 sets of 8
high pulls 3 sets of 8
shoulder press 3 sets of 8

lot of the times i cant finish the workouts because we only get 45 minutes but i usually finish it after school

Sounds like an aweful lot of sets! Does it take you 2 hours to complete after school?

My advice would be to keep the total number of sets at between 12-15. You don't need more than this to gain mass and strength, contrary to what many believe. More isn't necessarily better. Concentrate on taking heavy weights but keep good form!
