Good evening everyone!

Here is my situation.. I was all gun-ho about starting to work out again.. i setup an exercise program and things just got really busy.. so I never actually started it... I'm about 2 months behind but now i'm ready to rock!!

my question.. How the heck do I reset my workout on FT.com... i've emailed the site operators for help weeks ago and no one has replied ... any ideas?

YOu can click on the my FT personal info drop down menu and choose exercise program. You can make your changes there, may be best after to months to tell it you want to change your goals and start a new one. Hope this helps, and welcome again to FT.

If all else fails then sign up with a new name and new profile.

I did sign up for a new account w/ a new profile, but then it wouldnt let me do a couple things that my original account DID let me do... It would only allow me to add in 1, 12 week program... my original profile had 2...

not a big deal.. was just wondering if there was an easy way to go in, click a reset button and have my routine start from day 1 again.

Thanks everyone

Very simple, click on ft escercise program, under myft-personal info at the top of this page, then you will see change on the right hand side, these are hot buttons.
hope this helps.
