Had the tendo hooked up and the power numbers kept going up so I added weight.
Broad jump to box jump

Single leg depth drop to box jump
5 x 2
Approach box jumps (2 step and jump)

Glute ham raise
12lb medball x 5 x 3
Physioball
crunch x 20
Back hyper x 10
3 rounds
Workout felt great. Felt very explosive. 45 minute workout

Have not done it in a while. Feel a PR coming.
Incline bench superset with pull-ups
225 x 8 x 3 (light, working up next week) pullups x 6x3
1 min between rounds
Push-downs superset with pull downs

1min between rounds
Low volume workouts right now. Feel good. I feel some prs coming in all of my areas. Just need to stay healthy.

750 off of the box. The tendo unit measures power. It gives a power reading on every rep. If my power numbers keep going up as I add weight then I keep adding weight until they start to go down. When that happens I take weight off so I have the weight on the bar that gave me my highest power reading. I am fortunate to have the unit here. Percentages are good guidelines but the tendo unit gives me an accurate way to set my weight.

Yeah, i know what a tendo does. Wish I had access to that, even for only 1 workout every know and then so I could get a better feel for where my DE sessions should be.
