Nada, zilch, zero, nothing. Man, save the dough and treat your stomach for some good food. Thai is great.

I took three monthes of that stuff and there was no difference at all, big waste of money, I alls took three monthes of NO2, the supposed newest creatine replacement, it is allso a dud in my book.

Geez, what a surprise! Save your money guys, when something comes out and is immediately hyped as the supplement that will change bodybuilding forever, the latest greatest, and will gain massive muscle, leave it alone! Supplement of the month club. Supp companies have to keep up marketing hype to increase sales. They target the less knowledgable. Read, learn, knowlege is power, and beat them at their own game. Ask around your gym, any huge guys using this stuff?
