I know myoplex mass is a meal replacement and I have been told this is one of the better ones. Are there better ones out? Also, is Z-mass worth the money...is it safe?

Almost every ZMA product is safe. Zinc and magnesium - Its what your body needs anyway. ZMA doesn't work for a lot of people; you may be one of them. It definately works for me. I prefer the ZMA-HP by EAS, but whatever is cheaper (Z-mass or ZMA-HP) is OK. If you're under the age of 18, you really don't need it and I don't believe the product will help you at all.

Don't forget to fill out your profile. That is so we can answer your questions more efficiently.

I would be careful, just a note of caution, not sure if you just mistyped or not, but the Myoplex Mass is much more than just a meal replacement. There are about 500-600 calories per serving of it. (and lots of sugar). If you meant just regular Myoplex, then it is just a meal replacement. 280 calories I believe. And the chocolate mint is pretty awesome tasting. My wife loves them. Just in case. As the prior post says,Z-Mass is fine.
