Hi I just started on this program and have a question. I plan to exercise alot(well, according to the exercising plan) and make big gains. I was looking at this supplement called N Large Pro II. Does anyone have any success with this product or any advice. I need somethin with tons of calories and protein!

I am not fond of commercial weight gainers, usually tons of fillers and sugars to make up the high calories. If you need calories, consume them from food. You can make your own gainer.

That's true but i'm kinda on a budget and it's hard fitting this in with my work schedule; any other recommendations?

Make you 20 chicken breast a week...buy lots of salad stuff...round steaks, etc...cook it all up in the begining of the week and take it to work. Might be a bit more expensive then buying a tub of stuff that's filled with sugar, but 10X more effective.
