Ok, I am 28 I am only 5 ft tall. I workout at the gym mon- fri for 1 hr cardio/weight training.I have lost 46 pounds so far .:-) I am very happy about that.I still have 50 more to go.So what I am asking is will I continue to lose boobage? and How can I work My muscles underneet to give a natuaral lift to my breast? Congradulations on the weight loss, that is fantastic! Yes as long as you continue to lose fat you will lose breast size. Bummer I know. It may level off at some point. There is a trade off for reducing your bodyfat.....but once you get to your goal weight you will find that you look great and will love all that toned body, despite the smaller chest. Do all the popular chest exercises, incline , decline and flat movements. Don't be afaid to go heavier on these exercises. The chest muscle will help you appear fuller in the chest area. Don't get discouraged you may find it takes some time for the sagging skin to firm up some.
