Does anyone know of a really good natural supplement to gain muscle mass, I really want to stay away from creatine/ephedra etc. , but would love to get something that could enhance my size a little quicker than what I am doing thus far my results have been GOOD but I want to go to the next level.

I don't know where you got your info from, but creatine IS natural. You produce creatine within your body and you ingest creatine from sources such as meats and fish. It is a combo of 3 amino acids. So, try as you may, you will NEVER be able to stay away from creatine. If you want to go to the next level, then up your intensity, lift heavy and add in glutamine, a good whey protein powder, a multi-vitamin AND CREATINE. Make sure your food intake is up to par and let the rest take care of itself. Building muscle takes time, don't rush things. Learn to enjoy training and realize that time is on your side, good luck and train hard.

Hi redwingkris...Just another word here if it means anything.
Creatine is a supplement allowed, and is legal by the olympic drug testing committee. They are pretty strict and athletes have been using it since 1984, that we know of.
Just my 2 cents.

If FDA approval is what you are looking for, then you won't be able to get ANY supplements, including protein powder. The FDA does not have a tight reign on the industry, so don't look to the FDA. Besides, I think they are ignorant and have no comprehension of what is healthy and what is not.
