I have recently heard of natural testosterine supplements. I was told that this is kind of herbal product and increases the testosterine level in the body. This has no side effects too.
Has anybody got any idea on this supplement. If it increases testosterine then it is working almost like a steriod?
Please help me with your inputs.

I agree with pensfan. Save your money. If you are relatively new to lifting, then with the proper diet and lifting techniques, you'll see plenty of gains without any pills.

A high protein diet mixed with good carbs and omega fatty acids in combination with heavy squats and deadlifts is a better bet than pills. Food is the single most anabolic substance you can put in your body. Besides, most of the supplements on the market are garbage anyway...

What JBennett said and some Creatine, Beta Alanine, Good PWO Shake and a couple MPI Shakes a day added to your diet of already sound solid food.
A MPI Shake is Milk Protein Isolate which is basicly Powder Milk in high concentrations of protein.
MPI is 80% Casein and 20% Whey and I have 2 a day one before bed with Natural Peanut Butter and Cottage Cheese blended and one with breakfast. I did not say one for breakfast I said one with breakfast.
Each shake I take of MPI is 1.5 scoops in milk, you may want to go 2 scoops.
