I was considering starting this mavy seals workout next week. Does anyone have any experiences from doing this? I would assume its a good workout being navy seals training.
It's not the sort of look I'm going for. I'm a military man and this sort of workout is very similar to an Army PT program. Great for endurance and such but not for strength or muscle mass gain. I've actually done this workout before and it works if you need to improve your Army PT score. Now I get to wear an expert patch on my PT uniform...
