Hi people I am looking for some moral support here. I am looking for a way to flatten my stomach without the dreaded crunches. I am married and have no childeren and my own family makes comments about my weight.
Diet is key, crunches are needed though to build a solid muscle base...there are lots of variations that can be done. Overall fat loss with a good meal plan and execise (cardio and resistance) plan is needed.
