Alright I went to the special targeting area and found nothing for the neck. I do not have one of those special neck machines to work with, anyone know of any good neck excersizes?

Well you can use a towel, roll it up take the two ends. Place the middle of it on the back of your head pull down on the ends to make you head bow down. You apply the pressure. you do this side to side back and front. OR you could do heavy shrugs and deadlifts these while not as good as a real neck machine will add thickness to you neck! Hope that all made sense, if not let me know I will try again!

Yea that made perfect sense! I just asked my dad about some neck excersizes, he said when he was in the marine corp they would have him get down on his knees, and put his head to the ground and roll on it, back and forth, it sounds as if maybe that would put too much pressure on the neck, would this work also?

Yes that is old school just be careful and try it out maybe ask him to walk you thru it

lifted a very heavy bag of trash to up over head into a dumster. Pulled back of shoulder and neck. very painful. Does anyone know of any excercise to work out this pain?
