I've done something to my neck. Either pulled or torn a muscle . The pain is on left side most ,just at the top of my back. I felt it pop while I was doing lat pull downs . I did think it was a bit heavy but just carried on till it was too late . Oh well its taught me a lesson . This is my third day of pain now . Just of to see a doctor!!

I've done that a couple of times. The reason I found I did it was because I looked down at the top of each raise (naughty). Posturem, posture, posture!

heating pads or hot showers do wonders on it and will soothe the aching for you as well. hope you feel better soon. What is with the neck ravenwolf...LOL (inside joke)

yeah thats exactly when it happened . Its day 5 of pain now but it is getting less . I'm just dying to get back to the gym , s'pose it'll be a couple of weeks though .
I've only been training for about three months and was just starting to see results. .... posture,posture , posture!!!!!
