Im Just Wondering, How The Hell Do All BodyBuilders get The Neck That They Have. Is There Some Secret Excercise That I Have Never Heard About Before or Is It Just Something That Happens After Working Out For Awhile??

Some do neck exercises to build up muscles in their necks (i.e. lie down on your side and hold a weight to your head and raise and lower your head using your neck). I think you are just thinking of their enormous trapezius muscles. Exercises to train these can be found on this site (i.e. shoulder shrugs or upright rows).

Check out Gunter Schlierkamp - he doesn't have a neck, his head comes out of insanely large traps!

Well for wrestling we do neck exercises. Headstands, bridges, and of course actual wrestling moves.

Probably a mix of trap exercises (heavy shrugs, deadlifts, etc.) and genetics.
