I would like some sugestions as to a good 2 day split. One that I can get a good workout M, T and repeat Th, F. I plan to work abs on Wed. Or just some thoughts on the subject, pros-cons. I would like to follow this program for about 5-6 weeks. It's friggin cold and I'm pretty much stuck in the house til spring. Not really interested in much isolation (I can do that later), mainly compound type exercises Thanks

y do 2 workouts a week and then repeat it? y not do a differnt work out mon, tues, thurs and fri? that way u can get more rests in between workouts ..........i mean its ur body do what u want but thats my opinion.......but when i'm traing for strength i like to do a 3 day split

I generally follow a 4 day split. I was just thinking of a change for awhile. Not much is said about this type of split so I was just checking it out. Mainly I was interested in any comments regarding working, say legs, twice a week as opposed to once.

I tried this for a workout Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Bent Rows, Military press. 2 times per week. I did it for one week Monday and Friday. Well one week of that and I didn't like it. I might try another week or two to see if it gets better. It just don't 'feel' right if that makes any sense. I may just have to go back to my previous split. 4 day, 4 exercises per body part, compound lifts. I liked it alot. I really want to put on a few more pounds before April.

I decided to go back to my old 4 day split. I just changed some of the exercises. Thanks.
