hey ive been lifting for awhile now.. and ive always been skinny... i have really skinny wrist and forearms and im just looking for a wrist/forearm rutine to really blast them into some gains... i noticed alot of people neglect their forearms/wrists when working out.. anything you can include will help thanks

reverse cable curls, reverse bbell curls,zottmans,
bbell wrist curls, reverse bbell wrist curls.
