I AM JUST LOOKINK FOR SOMEONE THAT WILL HELP ME GET MOTIVATED TO WORK OUT. NONE OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY WANTS TO. I JUST HAD MY SON THREE MONTHS AGO AND I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP KEEP ME MOTIVATED TO WORK OUT. IF THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE LET ME KNOW PLEASE!!

I have found a great motivator by buying a pair of pants that I want to fit in and making that my goal.

Give yourself a goal to reach and a treat for just you if you meet that goal. A treat could be a new pair of pants or short for the summer. It could be a hair cut or color if you want to change your look to go along with the new you. Keep your chin up and send me an instant message if you want to talk. I will get back to you.

This iste is a great place for support.
Don't be too hard on yourself if your baby is just 3 months old, you are still recovering from pregnancy and labor.
Start with gentle exercise and know that you will get stronger and healthier. walking the baby is excellent exercise, if it is too cold outside you can go mall walking.
Maybe you could look up an early childhood and Family education group in your area - it is a good way to meet other parents, is free or inexpensive, and you may find another mother who wants to get in shape. having a walking or workout partner is really helpful.
