Has anyone got a diet plan to lose weight .I want to lose around 30lb.Im not sure how many calories a day i need to eat to lose that.Has anyone lost weight and still on their plan or have it to share with me?:big_smile:
To drop your bodweight, you must lower your calories and consume healthy food at the same time. Start off by looking at what your consuming, total calories and then reduce your total calories to around 13/14 calories per pound of bodyweight. Never go lower than 12 as it is not healthy and start a regular exercise routine. before you know it, you will start to see the positive results. There is no "right diet" we just have to eat right.
